Our marketing team work hard to ensure we have the deepest possible understanding of our consumers. With responsibility for the customer journey and experience as a whole, we lead on the Which? brand and how it is expressed through our different activities including the communications that support acquisition, retention and engagement of members and customers, including the Member Services Centre. We look after central buying of media services and our agency roster, and perform commercial horizon scanning for the organisation.
