We have ambitious growth plans for our mortgage team, and we're looking for experienced Mortgage Advisers to join an established brand that really has the customer at heart. During this period of growth we have expanded our Financial Services arm to provide impartial protection advice. We’re looking for passionate Protection Advisers to come on this journey with us, and help develop this new service into a successful new commercial venture.

Customers want to work with us because of who we are and how we work. We place a huge emphasis on the training and development of our advisers. Your rewards are built around the delivery of exceptional customer service and activity rather than commission

Mortgage Advisors

Our expert Mortgage Advisers offer our customers impartial advice from a unique whole of market perspective. Customers want to work with us because of who we are and how we work. Our Mortgage Advisers don't need to make outbound calls - all of our customers come to us. This means you can really focus your time doing what you do best, giving expert, independent telephone based mortgage advice. We reward our Mortgage Advisers for doing the right thing by the customer and exceptional service, rather than commission, but this doesn't stop you from earning up to 50% in bonus.

Protection Advisors

As one of our Protection Advisers, you will be offering our customers impartial telephone advice from a unique whole of market perspective. You’ll work alongside our established mortgage team who will supply your leads. You’ll be offering our existing customers a protection insurance service, and finding the most competitive cost-effective solution to meet their needs.


What do our
advisors need?

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience as a mortgage adviser in a tied or whole of market environment

• Ability to explain the mortgage process to your customers so that they understand each step of the way

• Drive, ambition and passion for providing customers the best possible advice and experience

• A skill for quickly building confidence and rapport with customers over the phone
